1. The Company is formalized. 3/17

2. The company presented first proposal to audience. 3//17

3. The Company brainstormed together and performed research to compose the Literature Review. 4/17

4. The company presented the Literature Review. 5/17

5. The company created the Methods portion of the lit review. 5/17

6. The company identified the independent and dependent variables. 5/17

7. The company completed its Final Paper adding the necessary content. 6/17

8. Tyche presented their Final Paper and Presentation to the Capstone 1 Class. 6/17

9. Tyche will now create a college scholarship app using Appy Pie. 9/17

10. Once Scholars Ed. is created and in it’s Alpha stage, Tyche members along with others will test the app and determine the effectiveness of the app.10/17

11. If any errors appear from the testing of Scholars Ed. they will be revised during the redevelopment of Scholars Ed. 10/17

12. Once the first re-development of Scholars Ed. is made, Tyche will then move on with the Beta stage of Scholars Ed. 10/17

13. If any errors appear in the beta stage they will be revised once again before the final release. 10/17

14. Once Scholars Ed. has been revised after the beta stage it will then be released. 10/17

15. After the development of Scholars Ed., Tyche will create their marketing plan. 10/17

16. Tyche will develop commercials in order to advertise their product digitally. 11/17

17. Tyche we conduct further research into their competitors in order to find similarities and differences of their product to further improve their product. 11/17

18. Tyche will formulate focus groups comprised of their target audience in order to get feedback and/or do bug reports to test the efficiency and overall use of the application. 11/17

19. Depending on the feedback from their focus group, Tyche will edit their application accordingly. 11/17

20. Afterwards, Tyche will make attempts to push out their app on different operating systems. TBD.
